Medically-Supervised Homecare™
HomeFree's care is managed and overseen by physicians, providing assisted-living or nursing home-level care in the home. This includes medication renewals, home visits, and home lab testing where indicated. All MD services are 100% covered by Alberta Health.

Medications, physiotherapy, social outings, housekeeping, and meals—we do everything it takes to keep you thriving at home. Your care team remains consistent and know you inside out, so that family can relax knowing you're in good hands.
A price within reach
HomeFree is an approved CDHCI provider, which can cover up to 75% of in-home care costs. We provide guided support through the public funding process. HomeFree does not charge any onboarding nor administrative fees. Typical care plans start at $200 weekly.

Our Medical Director performs a free in-home assessment, coordinating with your existing physicians. HomeFree has access your health information to guide your care as seamlessly as possible.
HomeFree care is surprisingly affordable, and often costs less than public assisted-living alternatives. We guide you through public funding, covering up to 85% of costs. Typical plans start at $200 per week.
We meet with the whole family to ensure all perspectives and issues are encapsulated in the Care Plan. Families are continuously updated through secure messaging and regular meetings.
We tailor a comprehensive plan for medical and daily needs—housekeeping, groceries, medications, exercise, social outings, and more! Your schedule is made to fit your needs whether it is evenings, weekends, or nights.
Consistent, hand-picked caregivers receive specific training on your health conditions, medications, and preferences. Your care is reviewed weekly by our Medical Director during our industry-leading "Clinical Rounds" process.
